How Many Children Can I Paint?

I can usually paint around 12 children per hour, and my pricing is based on this. While I can paint more children in an hour, I believe birthday parties should be about creating a fun, relaxed experience, not just getting through the queue.

I love taking the time to chat with each child, help them choose a design they'll love, and make sure they leave with a big smile. That's why it's important to book enough time for the number of children at your party, so everyone gets the attention they deserve without feeling rushed.

For larger events such as school fairs, festivals, and community days, I can paint many more children per hour using speed painting. These designs are quick, colourful, and perfect for big crowds. For birthday parties, though, I prefer to create more detailed designs and give each child a special experience.

If you have a planning a large event, school fair, festival, market, or community event, I'd love to help! I have experience painting at events of all sizes and can tailor my service to suit your needs, whether that's detailed face painting or high-volume speed painting for larger crowds.

My standard rate is $140 per hour, however rates may vary depending on the type, size, and duration of your event. Special rates may be available for larger bookings or multi-hour events.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. Minimum Booking
    A minimum booking duration of 1 hour applies.

  2. Booking Confirmation
    • A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your booking.
    • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
    • By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the Cancellation Policy.
    • November and December bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

  3. Full Payment
    • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

  4. Travel Costs
    • Travel fees may apply depending on the event location. Any applicable costs will be advised at the time of booking.

  5. Cancellation Policy
    • A $30 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled bookings.
    • Cancellations or changes (including postponements or time adjustments) made within 5 working days of the event will result in the full quoted amount being non-refundable, including in cases of weather-related cancellations.
    • For November and December bookings, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations or changes within 5 working days will result in the full quoted amount being non-refundable.

Note: Postponements and time changes are treated as cancellations, as availability for alternative dates or times cannot be guaranteed.
