Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. Minimum Booking
    A minimum booking duration of 1 hour applies.

  2. Booking Confirmation
    • A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your booking.
    • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
    • By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the Cancellation Policy.
    • November and December bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

  3. Full Payment
    • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

  4. Travel Costs
    • Travel fees may apply depending on the event location. Any applicable costs will be advised at the time of booking.

  5. Cancellation Policy
    • A $30 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled bookings.
    • Cancellations or changes (including postponements or time adjustments) made within 5 working days of the event will result in the full quoted amount being non-refundable, including in cases of weather-related cancellations.
    • For November and December bookings, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations or changes within 5 working days will result in the full quoted amount being non-refundable.

Note: Postponements and time changes are treated as cancellations, as availability for alternative dates or times cannot be guaranteed.
